Greatly enjoyed well-equipped and well decorated rooms.

The room was a high vaulted ceiling with a painted frieze and available with particularly stunning bathrooms, balcony, as example.

Every staff member was pleasant and polite. Well priced breakfast, best ever had, with an abundant supply.

There were very small beds.

Location: the hotel was just next door to good cafes, historic center, and the local cafés. Actually everything was really good, my next choice again in Perugia.

Its location next to Church of Sant'ercolano was excellent. Distance to the airport was just 25 km. The terrace was perfect for breakfast.

I had a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel in a great location. The architecture and decor were stunning, creating a charming atmosphere. The newly renovated rooms and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. I also enjoyed the free and fast wifi, which was a bonus. The friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like slow internet and a delay in checking in, overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its value and pleasant experience.

The Hotel Iris is in a superb position. It is close to the bus station, 'cat step' road/path and public escalaters to the historical centre of Perugia. The room facilities are basic, but clean and comfortable. An excellent choice for a city stay on a budget. We'll definitely be visiting Perugia and Hotel Iris again.

The value for money was excellent and the room was cozy and comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay at Hotel Iris.

Great location in the beginning of the storical centre. The rooms are very modern, not as all the other italian hotels, everything new and comfortable! Stuff very polite.

Far from the train station-4km, you have to take a bus line a to get there, but it costs not even 2 euros.

The hotel's location was perfect, situated near the bottom of the escalator that leads to the charming historic center. It was just a short walk away from the main old city center, making it convenient for exploring. The room was more than adequate, with a clean and spacious bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

The breakfast lacked variety and was served in a basement area that faced the dust bins, which was not ideal.
